Clarksville TN 37040 FAX (931) 906-1063 Petitions to L9/10 Regionals - Due to our State meet being held one week after the rest of Region 8’s meets it is imperative that you fill out 9/10 petition forms early for all known petitions. Marian Dykes must have these petitions in hand not later than Wednesday April 2nd. If you know you intend to petition your athlete to Regionals I ask that you do it as early as possible (now). Petitions for athletes that are injured doing the state meet must be turned in immediately to me at the meet so they can be processed. Send one copy to me and one copy to Marian Dykes. (Remember there are no petitions to L8 Regionals) Download Regional entry form. Fill a separate form out for each level with all possible Regional qualifiers BEFORE you arrive at the meet and simply cross out those gymnasts that do not qualify. DO NOT WAIT TO FILL OUT FORMS UNTIL AFTER YOUR SESSION. You must have a separate gym check for level 8 regionals made out to TAG and a check for level 9/10 Regionals made out to Huntsville Gymnastics. These entries will be expressed mailed from the meet site to the regional Chair so there will be no time for excuses. READ THE ATTACHED INFORMATION CAREFULLY AND COME TO THE MEET PREPARED.
